Supplied from inside the EU, so there is no import duty and no customs clearance fee on delivery to an EU address. No minimum order, on custom foam or on stocked tools.

About Aircraft Mechanic Tool Solutions

A European supplier of aviation tool control, built around the paperwork an auditor asks for rather than around a catalogue.

We supply tool control to aviation maintenance organisations: custom shadow foam cut to the tools you actually hold, complete kits, laser marking and serialisation, and tool crib audits. Alongside that we carry a catalogue of the hand tools that go into those kits, priced openly in euro.

The company exists because of a gap rather than an ambition. Almost every capable supplier in this segment is in the United States or the United Kingdom. An MRO in Europe that wants a foam layout ends up importing it, paying duty and a customs clearance fee on delivery, waiting on a transatlantic carrier, and then explaining to its own quality department why the supplier speaks the language of a different regulator.

What we are actually good at

Three things.

Cutting foam around your tools, not around a kit list. The normal job here is a drawer that already has tools in it. Send the tool list, or send the tools, and the layout is drawn around what is in front of us. Two tone foam means a missing tool shows as a coloured shape from across the hangar, which is what turns a tool check from an inventory exercise into a glance.

Speaking EASA. Part-145.A.40 is about control and calibration of tools and test equipment, and the parts of it that bite are the record keeping: the tooling evaluation when a new part number arrives, the control register, the identification and labelling system, and a current certificate for anything that measures. A supplier who arrives with that already in order saves a quality manager a fortnight. Our guide to it is published in full, free, because it is the most useful thing we can put in front of the person who has to pass the audit.

Supplying from inside the EU. No import duty, no customs clearance fee, no brokerage, and a delivery window measured in days rather than in weeks.

What we do not claim

This part matters more than the usual page of badges, so it is written plainly.

We hold no quality management certification that we can show you today. No ISO 9001, no AS9100, no CAGE code, no government contract number, no exclusive distribution agreement. When any of that is in place it will appear in the footer of every page on this site with its number next to it, and you will be able to ask for the certificate.

We say this because the aviation supply chain runs on evidence, and a supplier who decorates a website with compliance language it cannot evidence is a supplier who will be a problem later, during a file review, when it is expensive. If a certification is a condition of your approved supplier process, tell us at the quote stage and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it yet.

How we work

Quote led, because that is what this work is. Custom foam is priced per layout, and any supplier quoting it from a web form without seeing the tool list is guessing. Catalogue tools carry a published price, and bulk pricing is available on every line.

Build up an enquiry as you browse, send it as one request, and you get one quote covering custom work and stocked items together. Lead times are published: 10 to 15 working days for custom foam from layout approval, 2 to 5 working days for stocked tools.

There is no minimum order. A single drawer insert is a job we will quote.

Common questions

Where are you based?

Bulgaria, inside the EU, supplying the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

Are you certified to ISO 9001 or AS9100?

No, and we do not claim to be. When a certification is held it will be published with its number and the certificate will be available on request. If certification is a condition of your approved supplier process, raise it at the quote stage.

Can you work to our own tool control manual?

Yes. Send the relevant chapter with the enquiry. Foam layouts, labelling and serialisation are all built to the customer procedure where one exists.

Do you supply outside Europe?

Ask. The advantage we have is intra-EU supply with no duty, so outside the EEA and the UK another supplier may serve you better and we will say so.

Send us the tool list. We will send back a quote.

Every request for quote is answered within one working day. No minimum order, on custom foam or on stocked tools.
